- Two years training fellowship at the Centre for Reproductive Biology of the University of Edinburgh, Scotland, U.K., under the financial support of the Rockefeller Foundation from Oct 1994 – Sept 1996.
- ‘Best Young ESI Presenter’ award for Oral Presentation for the paper entitled “Temporal effect of tamoxifen on testicular cytochrome P450 gene expression and steroid concentration in adult male rats.” Presented at the 31st National Conference of Endocrine Society of India, 9–11 December, 2001.
- NIH Postdoctoral fellowship under the supervision of Professor David Kupfer, Dept of Biochemistry and Molecular Pharmcology at the UMASS Medical School at Worcester, MA from May, 2003 to May 2004.
