Received the 2nd Prize for best oral presentation paper titled Diversity of Natural Killer Cell receptors: Is it associated with Mother to Child HIV transmission?, in the hands of Dr Ann Duerr , Director (Scientific Affairs) , University of Washington, Seattle. at the 8th National conference of AIDS society of India (ASICON 2015), Mumbai during 30th Oct.1st Nov.2015.

International Travel Award

Ms Sandhya Anand, PhD student and Technical Officer, Stem Cell Biology Department:
Awarded Travel Award to attend 2015 Till & McCulloch Meeting in Toronto, Ontario, October 26-28, 2015 given by the Stem Cell Network, Canada in collaboration with DBT Institute for Stem Cell Biology & Regenerative Medicine (inStem). She presented her work entitled VSELs survive and regenerate chemoablated mouse gonads when a healthy niche is provided.

3rd Best Poster Presentation Award

Received the 3rd Best Poster Presentation Award for her paper titled ‘A comparative study of global DNA methylation at 5’UTR of LINE1 elements in peripheral blood leukocytes and ovarian granulosa cells of women with PCOS’ at the International Symposium on "Genomics in Health and Disease"& 40th Annual Conference of Indian Society of Human Genetics - 28th – 30th January 2015, Mumbai

Hiren Patel, PhD scholar, Department of Stem Cell Biology, received International NIH Travel Award for his abstract entitled ‘Novel Action of Follicle Stimulating Hormone (FSH) on Mouse Testicular Stem Cells’ during the 40th Annual Meeting of American Society of Andrology, April 18-21, 2015, Salt Lake City, Utah, USA
